Franics Picabia

Franics Picabia (1879–1953) was a painter, poet and Dada agitator. Picabia’s oevure is unusually varied. At a time when painters developed a way to make paintings that we could call a signature style, Picabia continually evolved. One of the few othxers artists that did intentionally approached artmaking with this range or freedom was Picasso.

“Francis Picabia was a French artist and major figure of the Dada movement. Chameleon like in his ability to shift through aesthetic models, Picabia left a blueprint for future iconoclastic painters…” taken from ArtNetRead more about him here

The range of Picabia’s work is included here for your reference. Use the images of the “Monsters” below for your homework.
